Nymphéas by Claude Monet
Nymphéas (french) is the botanical expression for water lily. Monet, one of the most famous painters of the Impressionist movement, painted eight grand masterpieces as part of his Water Lily cycle, all inspired by his own backyard in Giverny, France. Two of his pieces were offered to the French State on the day that followed the Armistice of November 11, 1918 as a symbol for peace. The series can be viewed in the round at Musée L'Orangerie in Paris, France.
To symbolize the etheral beauty of Nymphéas, this candle blends French lavender, delicate blush rose petals, water lily and woody jasmine.
8 oz pure coconut soy wax candle, non-toxic fragrance and two cotton wicks.
